Yes! We provide upscale housing in some of the nicest areas in whichever city you’ll be living in. Our accommodations come complete with a range of top-notch amenities, including inviting pools, private gyms, and the added bonus of golf simulators for those looking to perfect their swing.
You can also count on our properties being modern and fully furnished, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living experience from day one.
Yes, we have relationships with several colleges across the country and can provide college and internship credits for working with us. Please schedule a call with us for more details.
There are uncapped commissions. The only limiting factor is how much effort you’re able to put in, and how hard you lean into the sales training provided.
Rookies can expect to earn between $21k-$26k in a 4 month summer. Experienced sales people can expect to earn upwards of $60k, with top-performers earning well into the six-figure range.
Absolutely! They will still need to go through the application and screening process, but we encourage all of our interns to invite their friends. Having bonds with your teammates can make the job more fun. People who refer several friends will be given preference during the application process.
If you don’t have any friends interested, don’t worry! Our past interns have told us that some of their best friends have been made during our summer program.
We provide some of the best sales training in the industry. Years of tweaking and tuning have resulted in a training regimen that will ensure you’re ready to enter the summer running.

We want to make sure our applicants are the right fit to succeed in this opportunity. The application process will usually entail 2-3 video and phone interviews, where you’ll learn more about the job and we’ll gauge whether this is something you could be successful at.
Yes! In the offseason, we’ll often have team activities for people who are local. During the summer, there are almost always team activities happening on the weekends, such as game nights, Top Golf, lake days, and more.
Like anything that is uniquely rewarding, this job can be tough. Interns can expect to work 40-50hrs per week during the summer, and the sales experience itself can be challenging, especially for those who struggle at dealing with rejection.
That said, for those with the motivation to power through, there is no job that can provide the financial and time freedom that this job can.
Get the morning to yourself to go to the gym, sleep in, or do whatever you want!
Monday through Friday, the team will have a training meeting at 11am, get lunch, then head to our sales area by 1. You’ll head home when it gets dark, around 8:30 or 9pm. Saturday is a half-day, so you’ll only sell from 10-2pm, and Sundays are rest days.
We have once a week mindset meetings, as well as meetings with our dedicated life coach as requested.
